We keep contact form entries for six months, analytics records for a year, and customer purchase records for ten years. A comment left on the site and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This enables us to recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
The personal information of any user who registers on the site is stored in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
